Frida and Diego—a creative love story
Carmit Design Studio
- Hook
- Dense layered vegetation and portrait imagery fill the frame while oversized block lettering cuts through the image field.
- Hierarchy
- Large lettering and faces compete intentionally for first attention, creating a maximal composition with several entry points.
- Energy
- Large condensed display lettering behaves as an image layer rather than a separate caption.
- Transfer
- Integrate display type into the image composition itself by allowing controlled overlap and shared scale.
Why it works
The type and imagery occupy the same visual world, so neither feels pasted on after the other.
What to borrow
Integrate display type into the image composition itself by allowing controlled overlap and shared scale.
